Focused on alignment, I include a healthy does of breathing and meditation techniques. Through the lens of life-affirming philosophy, you will get connected to and expanded sense of self without the woo-woo. My therapeutic approach provides awareness and cues creating space to resolve and heal physical pain, deepen your relationship to your body, and ability to listen to yourself.

Restorative Yoga is a loving and consciously guided journey into a relaxed and open state.  This class will dissolve tensions in the body, calm the nervous system, and restore you to your innate balance. In this class, you will practice gentle stretches supported by props,  and learn subtle breath cues, visualization/meditation techniques and deep relaxation.
