In a focused private session, Hannah guides you through a unique mental and physical process. You will learn how to challenge yourself while staying relaxed and present and discover greater health through mindfulness and healing.

Semi-Private Yoga

Semi-private sessions are a great way to build camaraderie amongst friends, family, and community. Limited to 4 people, this is also a more cost-effective way to receive the specialized guidance, privacy and attention of an individual session.
