I believe in a holistic approach. I want to help you heal and resolve the source of the problems you are facing, not just alleviate the symptoms.
Living well is not a one-size-fits-all plan; I create customized programs that utilize holistic strategies to make living your best life realistic and sustainable.
Whether you are looking to learn the physical practice of yoga, heal an injury, develop mindfulness skills and coping strategies for living a more balanced life, heal your body from illness or trauma, or transform your diet, I will help you gain the tools to live the way you want to.

Learn to implement therapeutic alignment methodology and utilize breath techniques through a customized approach to your body that emphasizes attention to detail. Meditation techniques are the icing on the cake that help you create success.

In private sessions with Hannah, you will learn about the uniqueness of your body and how to apply universal principles of alignment to gain better clarity, grow your knowledge and create deeper connection to your body. I will create a custom plan for you to meet your goals and grow your success.

AN AYURVEDIC CONSULTATION WITH HANNAH WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH TOOLS FOR SELF-HEALING AND SUSTAINABLE WELL-BEING
The initial consultation is dedicated to understanding your individual constitution and elemental imbalances. We’ll discover what makes your body unique: which foods, habits, and routines will nourish you and which ones do not contribute to your well-being.
During this first meeting, we will explore your health history, current diet, sleep, work, and exercise habits, health issues and stress triggers. This conversation will give you insight into how your dosha (body/mind type) naturally supports you and how it may have fallen out of balance over time. After the initial session, I will personally design an Inner Wellness Program.
Together, we will outline your personal vision of wellness, and use an Ayurvedic paradigm to get there. We will address fitness, weight balancing, nutrition, stress, overall health and spiritual goals. You will learn life-affirming principles of Ayurveda, as well as the nature and origin of disease and discomfort in your mind, body and spirit.
Your healing journey will advance through the process of redirecting prana (life force and energy) through natural treatment (mostly diet and herb-based) designed to help change unhealthy habits. Our follow-up sessions will provide creative support, new recommendations and a multitude of meditative and cognitive therapies.
COACHING & FOLLOW-UP
Ayurveda creates integration and wholeness in all facets of your life. The tools for your success will be found mostly in your refrigerator and kitchen cabinets.
Through regular coaching sessions, get the guided support you need to observe and implement Ayurvedic wisdom into your everyday life to create lasting change.
It’s up to you to create your own life. I’ve watched so many struggle with their health and diet because they just don’t have the time or energy or inspiration to care. That’s where I come in.
PRIVATE CLEANSE PROGRAM
It’s totally miserable to feel unwell. To spend time with friends and family, wanting to be a go-with- the-flow kind of person while knowing inside that what you’re eating and the schedule you’re keeping isn’t helping. It’s not easy to eat lettuce and drink tea when everyone else seems to eat and drink what they please.
You want to be the best of who you are: a self-aware, self-respecting human being and an individual who values your relationships with people and the environment. When everything seems out of control, sometimes your diet and nutrition need an overhaul.
An Ayurvedic Cleanse is an opportunity for deep immersion into healing and transformation. Strong digestion is at the heart of Ayurvedic methodology. Together, we will create a feasible plan of action to help you clear out toxins, reset your digestive strength, and rebuild your immunity so you can have your cake and eat it, without having to become a granola-loving hippie.
